Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

First, I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! The Holidays are here, and for those traveling to see family and friends, SAFE TRAVELS!

It’s been great to see a number of friends, past clients and Sandbridge icons at recent parties here at the beach. It’s such a strong reminder of what makes this community so great and special. I think it’s the beach which draws us here, but the people that keep us here. The temporary bridge is now in place and in use and the sewer system improvement is moving along, it will not be long before its finished and the city can repave Sandpiper Road. What a relief that will be!

For the past 30 days, we have had a fair amount of real estate activity. Next month, I will publish the year-end results and compare them to last year. My feeling is that the numbers will be close and that there has been modest appreciation in single family homes this year.

Activity for past 30 days is as follows:

Single Family Homes – 7 Sold and 5 Pending
Condos – 2 Sold and 0 Pending
Market Metrics – January 2019 – December 2019 YTD
