We had our first snow fall of the winter last weekend and it was just enough to enjoy but not make traveling too difficult. Perfect!

As more and more people move away from desktops and laptops and towards tablets and smart phones, we felt it was time to invest in order to provide an excellent experience from whatever device you use. The webcam also has a few new features I think you will enjoy. We’ll be rolling out new content each week so check it out and let me know what you think.
The real estate market is warming up for the upcoming spring market. We have 3 sold and 5 pending single family homes and 1 pending with 2 sold condos over a period that covers the past 45 days. Currently we have 51 homes and 25 condos for sale which is a little below average but I certainly expect more listings to come on the market over the next 30 days. If anyone would like a custom search set up so only property with your specific criteria gets sent to you, please let me know and I would be happy to set that up.
Easter is early this year and the Annual Easter Egg hunt is scheduled for Saturday, March 26th at 10:30 at Little Island Park.
