Happy Mother’s Day!

It’s a special day to honor and cherish those that are with us and those that live in our hearts, hoping that you are able to enjoy the day with family and friends. We will be enjoying our day with live music by Lewis McGehee at the Baja Restaurant. Speaking of the Baja, the Coffee Company is back open for the season, stop in and say “hello” enjoy the view, coffee and awesome breakfast items. The Sugar Shack and Bandido’s Taco Stand have also reopened for the season and don’t forget Simply Steamed, they are offering up great food for lunch and dinner. It’s been a long winter, let’s support our local business’.

Activity continues to be strong on the real estate front. This report covers the last 45 days of activity in the market.

The range for single family homes ranges from $620,000-$1,135,000. Condos are from $307,500-$450,000. *Please note 3005 Sand Bend was a distressed sale.

We had another very successful Easter Egg Hunt with over 100 children. Thanks to all the volunteers that helped make this a special time for the kids. Going forward we have the 4th Annual Sandbridge Charity Open Golf Tournament on May 20th, followed by the Seashell Circle’s 6th Annual Cornhole Tournament supporting CHKD on May 21st, and the Bob Aaron Double Clutch Bass Fishing Tournament on June 4th. Please visit www.sandbridgelife.com for information on all these events. SBH Real Estate and Sandbridge Life are proud sponsors of these wonderful community events.

Again, Happy Mother’s Day and we wish everyone good times and safe travels! Hope to see you in Sandbridge soon!

Aloha,
Pat
