Happy Mother’s Day!

It’s a day to pay tribute and truly celebrate the joy of having a loving mother in our lives. My mother is truly a huge part of who I am today and will forever live in my heart.

Summer is fast approaching. Local businesses are opening up after a long, cold, windy winter. To name a few: The Baja Coffee CompanyThe Sugar Shack, and Bandido’s Taco Stand. It’s also wonderful to see many of the homeowners I have worked with over the years coming down to get their cottages preparing for the season.

The real estate market had a strong spring season. My last newsletter was March 31st, so the activity below is from that date. Our office and the new owners of 2300 Sandfiddler Rd. celebrated their purchase with a nice lunch at the house last weekend. The two families who purchased the home will be excellent additions to our community! This was a smooth transaction thanks to the fantastic team effort by all involved.

Single Family Homes – 18 Sold and 5 Pending
Condos – 3 Sold and 1 Pending
Sandbridge Market Metrics – January-April (Year to Date)

A few local events coming up soon include: The 7th Annual Cornhole Tournamentheld at the Baja (May 20th), The 35th Annual Pungo Strawberry Festival (May 26th) and The 9th Annual Double Clutch Bass Fishing Tournament (June 3rd). Be sure to check the Sandbridge Life events calendar for all the details.

Again, Happy Mother’s Day and have an awesome day!

Aloha,
Pat
