August has arrived, and it’s hard to believe we are already nearing the end of summer. It’s been a great season so far, filled with warm weather, community activity, and plenty of time spent enjoying everything Sandbridge has to offer.
Mark Your Calendar: 46th Annual Pig Pickin’ The 46th Annual Sandbridge Pig Pickin’ will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Little Island Park. This longtime community tradition brings neighbors and visitors together for great food, entertainment, and a wonderful cause. Our office has tickets available, and they may be reserved by contacting us.
A Patient Approach to the Real Estate Market The real estate market has slowed as buyers and sellers navigate several economic and global uncertainties, including elevated interest rates, changing oil prices, and international conflict. Markets naturally move through cycles, and as we have seen before, this too shall pass. Homes that are priced appropriately, presented well, and marketed effectively can still attract serious buyers, even in a more cautious environment.
