Happy Fourth of July!

As we slide into Summer 2020, it’s certainly feeling a little different but I am seeing lots of visitors and locals alike enjoying the good weather. The sand replenishment project is complete and the beach looks great! One of the few positive things that has come out of COVID-19 is that many of us have learned how to work remotely for an extended period of time. That said, several of our clients have spent months here working from their Sandbridge home and really enjoying it. This is a great trend that I really hope continues.

On the real estate side of things, activity has picked up over the last 30 days. We are experiencing more calls and showings on our listings. Please be sure to check out our featured listings at the bottom of this newsletter. Tarpon Lane is a gem, located on the north end of Sandbridge, and Seas the Moment is a beautiful home on the oceanfront. I included homes that are under contract subject to home inspection because of the unusual high number.

Activity for past 30 days is as follows:
Single Family Homes – 6 Sold, 6 Pending and 10 contingent on home inspection.
Condos – 2 Sold and 4 Pending
Market Metrics – January 1, 2020 – June 25, 2020 Year-to-Date
