A lot has changed in our world since my last newsletter. Here in Sandbridge we are making the best of it. Yesterday, my son Bane and I played multiple games of ping pong and then started a fire in the backyard which took forever to get started and had us both engaged for hours and it was on a Tuesday! We are doing our best to make lemonade out of lemons. I truly hope you all are safe and healthy as we navigate our way through this new world that we are temporarily in.

Until this point, the real estate market has been trending along the same path as the previous few years. I do anticipate the market to slow to a crawl over the next few months as the focus is on taking care of priorities, primarily the health and safety of our family and our community.

Current rates are as follows:
Conventional Conforming 30 Year – 4.25
VA 30 year – 3.25
FHA 30 year – 3.50
Jumbo Non-Conforming – 4.25
Provided by Liza Gibboney – Fairway Mortgage

Activity for past 30 days is as follows:

Single Family Homes5 Sold and 6 Pending
Condos1 Sold and 2 Pending
Market MetricsJanuary 1, 2020 – March 25, 2020 Year-to-Date

The beach replenishment project has finally started. I have seen over the last few days the pipes loaded on flatbed trucks heading down to Little Island Park. The sewer system upgrade on Sandpiper is in its final phase and the new bridge on Sandbridge Rd. is moving along.

As I close this newsletter, I want to wish you all good health, strength, and perseverance. We will get through this crisis and if I can help with anything, or you just need someone to check on your home here in Sandbridge please call, text or email me.

Aloha and God Bless!

Pat
