Another great July 4th weekend celebration in Sandbridge Beach!

Hard to believe we are half way through 2016 already, as I normally do I have compiled the first six months of sales and compared them to 2015 at the same time. We are up in certain categories and down in a few others. Overall I would say we are trending very close to where we were last year but with a little less inventory.
2016 1st 6 Months Compared to 2015 1st 6 Months
Most of the decline was in the condo market which experienced substantial growth in sales and average sales price last year at this time, so it’s not too surprising seeing the slight dip.
