The Holidays are here and I would like to wish all of you a “Happy Thanksgiving!”. I hope you all are able to spend time with family and friends as we celebrate this holiday. I put together a short video to share.
The real estate market normally slows down a bit during the holidays, but with the limited inventory we are working with, I think we will continue to see homes that come on the market go “under contract” in a very short time. Currently, there are 5 homes and 13 condos available for sale.
