The Holidays are in full swing at the beach, lots of party’s and festivities for all ages. Santa came to the fire station for the annual tree lighting, the Christmas Home Tour was a great success with over 400 people attending, and raising $10,000 for the local foodbank and SPCA. These events and others show the true spirit of the community and are at the core of what makes Sandbridge special!
The past 30 days of sales activity include 4 homes pending and 3 sold. The condo segment has 2 pending and 3 sold for the same period. I think the one trend that stands out from all the real estate segments for this year is the rebound of activity in the condo market. In past years is has lagged significantly behind single family home sales volume. Look for my January newsletter for complete recap.
Early next year SandbridgeHouses.com and SandbridgeLife.com will take on a new look. The main feature will be that both sites will be optimized so they can be easily viewed from any mobile devise. We are excited to provide this feature and hope you will share the news with family and friends.
