The Holidays have arrived!It’s been wonderful to see many of my friends and clients at local events and parties. It’s a great time to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. Of note is the number of families relocating to Sandbridge on a full time basis. This is a fantastic trend that I see continuing into the future. As we finish out the year on the real estate side of things, it looks like it will be one of our most active in years. See link below for year-to-date statistics.
