Giving thanks for our beautiful community.
As I open this newsletter we continue to be blessed with absolutely beautiful weather. The past several weeks have been perfect, cool mornings and warm days! I know the weather is a common theme with my newsletters but if you did not enjoy the outdoors you would not be interested in Sandbridge and all its beauty. My family and I truly appreciate and give thanks daily for where we live.
On the real estate front, we continue to see high demand for single-family homes along with that we are seeing higher prices and appreciation in property values. Condos also continue to have strong buyer interest and are going under contract with shorter periods of time on market. We currently have 6 homes and 17 condos for sale.
Activity for past 30 days is as follows:
Single Family Homes – 2 Sold and 4 Pending
Condos – 5 Sold and 6 Pending

We have a few community events coming up which is very exciting given that all events have been canceled for the past year. On May 25th, we have the Sandbridge Blood Drive and on May 31st, The Memorial Day Parade at its usual location. The Baja is now bringing in Live music and if you haven’t seen the renovations at Blue Pete’s Restaurant, it’s well worth the trip to Pungo. They are also featuring live music! So nice to hear and see us return back to a life similar to pre-Covid.
As one Beachcomber always said, “See you on the beach!”
Aloha,
Pat
