The perfect beach getaway for a small family.

We love our time at the Cape House! This house is always our home away from home one week each May. It is an ideal place for our family of four within walking distance to the beach. The owners are lovely. We look forward to opening a bottle of wine and snacking on the salted peanuts they give as our welcome!

Lovely stay for family with small kids

We had a wonderful stay this May! Sandbridge is quaint. You have to drive to restaurants and activities, but the beach is so lovely and quiet (and just a short walk away)! It was the perfect setting to unwind for a few days. The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean, up-to-date, and functional. The balcony/porch is great with the seating arrangements and large table. The pool is shaded. There is an outdoor shower which we used a lot – especially our sand-covered kids. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas, so bring them along if you want those. Overall a great stay – thanks so much!!

Great house dog friendly close to beach

The place is great for a small family with lots of room to spread out. The pool gets all in the morning sun. There are great extras like a grill corn hole board in a swing set. The kitchen was well stocked with all pots pans and utensils for us to cook with. We loved that the place was only a short distance from the beach! We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing and cozy beach stay.

We all had an amazing time. The house was just as described, pet and or kid friendly, check in was easy, communication was great. The beach is a very short walk. The beach was essentially empty each time we went. The surrounding restaurants were decent and dog friendly for the most part. Loved the trip journal and the set up of the house. We wish we could have used the pool but it wasn’t in season yet. The neighborhood is very quiet, relaxed and super easy to navigate. We had a blast and would highly recommend the cape house!

Comfortable, Cozy, and Clean

We spent time here for our kids spring break and really enjoyed it. The home was clean and cozy. I loved how close it was to the beach. There were minor issues with the internet but Stephan contacted us right away. I really appreciated that. Next time we will stay longer!!
