Fall is upon us!
October is flying by! It’s been a busy month and with the remnants of Hurricane Ian blowing through a few weeks ago, we are looking forward to the end of the hurricane season. Our hearts go out to the folks of southwest Florida; it’s tough to see all the damage they endured. It’s hard to know how to help, but one way my family and I have found is by donating to the World Central Kitchen founded by Jose Andres, a world-famous chef. They have served over 200,000 meals to the local communities affected by the storm.
There has been steady activity with primarily single-family homes listing and going under contract over the last 30 days. The condo market has come to a halt simply because there are few units for sale. See the links below for the latest homes sold and pending.

As we are moving into the Holiday Season remember to take time for yourself and be grateful for family, friends, our community, and our country.
