The summer is winding down!

With the winding down of summer 2024, we had two fantastic community events to close out the season, The 44th Annual Pig Pickin and the Baja Surf Classic. Both represent the pride and commitment homeowners and residents have for this community. A big shout-out of appreciation to all the volunteers that make both events happen every year!!

On the real estate front, things are moving along as they have for the bulk of this year. I am optimistic that some additional single-family home inventory will come on the market before the end of the year. If you would like to be notified of new listings just let me know and I can set that up.

Sandbridge events that are coming up include the Sandbridge Civic League Octoberfest( members only) and the Fall Clean Up, both scheduled for October 6th. The Clean Up will begin at 1pm, come to Little Island Park to get assigned an area to clean.
