I hope this email fills you with anticipation and excitement for the Holidays ahead. Having 5 fewer days between Thanksgiving and Christmas definitely caught up with me but I am looking forward to spending time with family and friends!
Many of you have already heard that the Globalynx project has begun their project of landing fiber optic cable at the Market parking lot. Remember there is parking behind the market and that Sandbridge Island Restaurant and Sandbridge Market are Open for business during the project which is projected to last through April 2025.
As we close out the year with Real Estate Sales and compare them to 2023, one thing sticks out; the number of sales are very similar, with 2024 being slightly lower in single family and condo sales.
