Summer is winding down as the kids get ready to go back to school. I attended a going away party recently for a local Sandbridge youth heading down to Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Fl., and the school I graduated from back in 1988. Time sure does fly!
There is much to cover regarding the real estate market in Sandbridge. I did not post June sales in the July addition because of the market statistics I put together. The link will take you to 14 sold and 5 pending single family homes and the condo market has 2 pending and 4 sold for the period beginning in June. The month of July was slow but is normal for that time of year. As we move into the fall months I expect the market to pick back up, there are lots of great properties for sale. Other upcoming events include the Baja Surf Contest on September 20th and the Sandbridge Civic League Octoberfest held on October 4th. The fall is a great time to be at the beach!
