Water damage around a window or door frame might suggest a future repair even if the issue has already been addressed. Clean and paint the water damaged wood to eliminate the appearance of a problem. Clean and paint walls that don’t look their best and do it yourself to save money. Those are great ways to enhance your home’s appearance to a buyer.
