I am going to start with the Sandbridge real estate market update. The year is finishing up very strong with currently 7 homes “pending” and 3 sold during the month of November. There are 3 condos “pending” and 2 sold in the same period. See links for details of these properties. This activity certainly represents the largest amount of “under contract” properties during the same period in several years. There are multiple reasons for this increase; low interest rates, affordable pricing, and strong rental incomes associated with many of the properties sold and pending. My January newsletter will include year-end statistics and comparisons to last year.
