This time of year is a good time to look back and reflect. It’s been a busy and productive year for Sandbridge Beach. The community has hosted some great events like; The Baja Surf Contest, The Normile Turkey Trot, Annual Easter Egg Hunt, and The Double Clutch Fishing Tournament , to name a few. All these events and more are supported by locals and visitors alike. We are certainly a community that likes to get outside and participate.
It’s been an active year for real estate as well with approximately 49 homes and 20 condos sold. I will publish the stats and compare them to 2011 in the January Newsletter. Some of these properties have been purchased by families moving to Sandbridge, it’s nice to see this trend and adds to the health and vitality of the community. New for 2013, we will be publishing new stats on the real estate market on a monthly basis on SandbridgeHouses.com so that our clients and visitors to the site can more easily capture what’s trending. Lastly, I would like to wish everyone a wonderful Holiday Season and Happy New Year! Sandbridge Beach is a special place and we are blessed to have a place like this to live or visit.
