AT&T will be building a new cell tower scheduled for fall 2010– next to the water tower. Residents and property owners are working with the company to make it as aesthetically pleasing as possible. An AT&T representative will be attending the Civic League meeting on February 20th to provide more detail.

On the real estate side of things, we currently have four properties “pending” (see PDF) which means all inspections have been done and closings have been scheduled. This is a big improvement over last year at this time, when the first single family home did not sell until March. That’s it for now, stay warm.
