Summer in Sandbridge is in full swing. With the 4th of July Holiday coming up, I can see that most of the cottages are full. The annual Back Bay boat parade will be happening on Saturday with an estimated 50 boats signed up. It should be a fun weekend coming up. I’ll be sure and post a few pictures on my next blog. Real estate wise business has definitely picked up. We have more homes under contract right now than we have had all year.
