Real estate website Trulia has released a study indicating the best seasons for home buying in every U.S. state. Virginia is noted to peak in March, which is true to the local Sandbridge Beach housing market.
In Sandbridge the housing market cycle peaks in March/April and stays steady through the early summer months. It begins to wane through the end of the year. January often begins slowly and then we start to see an uptick in business throughout February.
