I hope everyone had a great Independence Day holiday! It was perfect in Sandbridge Beach. The fireworks and barbeques were in full force. The annual boat parade was another huge success with about 50 boats of all sizes and shapes participating.
During the month of June we experienced the most active month for real estate sales in Sandbridge Beach this year. There are currently 5 homes under contract (pending), that will close in July and 2 homes that closed in June (see PDF file for details). There are 2 condos that are under contract (pending) during the same period (see PDF file). Both of these properties are corporate owned while 2 of the homes under contract are corporate owned (308 Marlin and 3624 Sandpiper).
The next big Sandbridge event is the Annual Sandbridge Beach Pig Pickin on September 11th. The event includes all you can eat & drink, live bands, crafts, and seeing old friends and meeting new ones, it’s not to missed! Proceeds benefit the Sandbridge Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad. If you would like tickets, I would be happy to mail them to you. To be a sponsor of the event the donation is $100.00 (includes 2 tickets). Individual tickets are $30.00 and are not available on the day of event. This party sells out every year. Come have a great time for a worthy cause.
