First, Happy Father’s Day to all the Dad’s out there! Enjoy your day. I will be spending it with my family on the beach followed by a back yard crab fest. Life is good!
Sandbridge Beach has a couple of fun events coming up soon. Our local Community Church is sponsoring the 16th Annual Seafood Fest, held June 30th from 1-4pm. Also, we have the July 4th boat parade and firework show. The theme this year is pirates, so there should be some interesting vessels floating along the canals of Sandbridge. Other news, the sand replenishment is 95% complete and just in time for the summer season and many of you that come down will notice new trashcans positioned near the beach access ways. This is a project organized by the Sandbridge Beach Business Association (SBBA).
On the real estate front, we continue to have an active market with a steady flow of properties going “under contract” and new properties being listed. Remember you can always check all the listings in Sandbridge by going to the front page of www.sandbridgehouses.com and clicking either All Sandbridge Homes or All Sandbridge Condos under the quick search section. SBH Real Estate just listed two new properties, one home located at 3609 Sandfiddler named Family Tides, and one condo at the Sanctuary named General’s Quarters.
