March home sales rose 33.9% over sales in February, and the total number of home sales in March was the largest total of any previous March. This year we saw a 9.9% increase compared to last years sales, and the sales price increased by 8.5%, which saw median sales hitting $204,000 this year. Inventory of homes are starting to stabilize, with only a 0.4% loss from February. The average Days on Market for all homes sold in March was 78, down two days from February, but one day higher than the average of March 2014.
