There has been steady activity on the real estate front this past month. The interest rates have slowed the amount of time a property goes under contract but most take less than 30 days for an agreeable offer to be accepted. There is a lot going on in the real estate market on a macro level and I will do my best to keep you posted on information that may apply to this market.
