Mortgage Rates Dip to 5 Month Low

For those thinking about a home purchase the cost of money has gone to its lowest level since June of this year. Mortgage rates fell last week for the second consecutive week, the 30-year-fixed rate mortgage averaged 4.10 percent for the week ending November 1^st.  Second home jumbo fixed rates average 4.875 percent.
