SandbridgeHouses.com - Real Estate for Sale in Virginia Beach, VA I just read some interesting statistics and wanted to share them with my clients, friends and neighbors.

Fannie Mae’s November 2012 National Housing Survey results came out on Monday and indicate that the overall consumer attitude towards the housing market and economy is increasingly optimistic.  72% of respondents reported that they believe now is a good time to buy a home.  Those who believe now is a good time to sell rose to 23%.  Even with the fiscal cliff looming 44% of those surveyed reported they believe the economy is on the right track.

These are all  indicators that give us an idea of what consumers are feeling about the housing market and the economy and are useful when making decisions on real estate investment opportunities.  If you would like to discuss these statistics or learn about the local Sandbridge Beach real estate market please feel free to give me a call or send an email.
