The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) issued the Notice of Intent (NOI) for the Nimmo Parkway VII-B Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) on Friday, May 23, 2025. The NOI included information on the purpose and need, the alternatives retained for detailed study in the EIS and alternatives considered but not advanced, schedule details and a summary of study information developed to date. The public had the opportunity to provide comment on the purpose and need as well as the alternatives retained for detailed study in the EIS, and any other information that may inform the EIS. Comments were accepted through Monday, June 23, 2025. The project received the following input during the comment period.
