Happy Thanksgiving from the Barton Family

HAPPY THANKSGIVING FROM COSTA RICA!

I am writing this newsletter from Costa Rica today. My family and I love visiting this beautiful country. As we approach Thanksgiving, I truly feel blessed to live and work in the Sandbridge community and to also have the opportunity to travel and explore.

On the real estate front we are moving into the slowest period of the year with the Holidays right around the corner, it’s not surprising and is very seasonal. See link for home and condo sales. Many folks have been asking for my prediction on 2015 real estate trends in Sandbridge. That is a tough question, with inventory going lower in the single family home sector and interest rates remaining low; we could see more competition for properties when they do come on the market. On the condo side, we should see improvement but it always seems to lag behind the home sale market. I will be putting together the entire 2014 statistics in my January newsletter and comparing it to 2013.

For those with little ones that are in town on December 7th, we will have the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Santa arrival at the Sandbridge Fire & Rescue Station. I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving; enjoy time with family and friends!!

Aloha,
Pat
