Fall has arrived in Sandbridge Beach! Cool nights and warm days with empty beaches makes for some time to reflect on a busy summer behind us and the holidays ahead.

I recently previewed a couple of homes that just went on the market; both showed very well and offer two different sides of the community. One is a north-end semi-oceanfront with great ocean views and the other is on Little Island Road with canal access. See link for details.
