The Real Estate Information Network (REIN) has released statistical information that is positive for all of Hampton Roads that is reflective of the market trends we have experienced this past year in Sandbridge Beach.
Active listings have declined and sales have increased. This combination signals that the market is on the way to recovery. The report stated that Virginia Beach underwent a 23.0% decline in active listings. Pending sales in Hampton Roads increased 23.28% over the year. It was also noted in the release that this increase in pending sales has the potential to result in a higher settled sales number in the upcoming months.
