This has been a wet, rainy week in Sandbridge. Unfortunately, this means that the Sandbridge Paddle Fest scheduled for this weekend is officially postponed.
One of the organizers posted the following message on the Facebook event:
“Due to the high NE wind and surf advisories, we have made the decision to postpone the Sandbridge Paddle Fest to Saturday, October 19th! Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are making this call based on our concern for safety.”
