Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from the entire team at SBH Real Estate!

Hard to believe we have arrived at the end of another year. We want to wish you all a wonderful Holiday with family and friends and a time filled with love, laughter and appreciation for all the good things we have in our lives. We would also like to thank all our clients and friends that helped us achieve our best year ever with over 36 properties sold! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We capped off the year by being featured in a local real estate magazine, Real Producers of Hampton Roads. It was an honor to be featured and a fun afternoon with the photographer. It’s hard to believe we been representing clients in the ever changing world of real estate since 2005.

What a year it has been for real estate! We have experienced record property appreciation that has pushed sales prices to all time highs. What will 2022 bring, who knows? I do know we will continue to experience low inventory and historically low interest rates going forward into 2022. Time will tell, it always does.
