It’s been a great month of weather!
We have enjoyed summer like days and a taste of fall. The capital improvement projects for Sandbridge are moving along and the bridge replacement and additional pump station for our sewer system seem to be on schedule. The next big one is scheduled for mid-November which is our beach replenishment project. I’ll keep you posted!
On the real estate front, single family home sales continue to move along at a similar pace as last year. There are some older listings which will have an effect on the number of days on market before going under contract. The condo market is slow and sales are trending lower than last year.
Activity for past 30 days is as follows:
Single Family Homes – 5 Sold and 7 Pending
Condos – 1 Pending
Market Metrics – January 2019 – October 2019 YTD
