Dock Views at Sunset from “Three Gulls”
Fall is a great time to come and view the real estate opportunities at the beach. Many of the properties become available for showings during the week, instead of the usual Saturday only between 10-2pm. One of our featured properties, The Three Gulls, was reduced today to $625,000. This property is canal front with Bay views and 5 minute walk to the beach. One of my favorite features is the two-story screened outdoor living room. It makes the most of outdoor living, the generously sized pool is great for post beach time as well.
