Yikes! Billy Ficke was considering surfing Monday morning when a bus-size humpback whale changed his mind.
Ficke, 20, stopped by Sandbridge around 7:30 a.m. to check out the waves, ready to dash home for his longboard. Good thing he had his camera instead. He had just crossed the dune line when a humpback whale exploded out of the water near the surf line.
