The ECSC brings the summer to a close!
Summer 2024 is coming to a close with great weather this past week, many of the local kids are participating in the East Coast Surfing Championship, the longest running contest on the east coast. This was always a highlight when I was growing up here.
The real estate market continues to move but at a slower pace. With lower interest rates, I will track activity moving into the Fall to compare to last year at this time.
