It’s Super Bowl Sunday!
For me the Super Bowl also means we are getting closer to spring even if Punxsutawney Phil predicts 6 more weeks of winter. Here at the beach it’s been the normal roller coaster ride with 30’s one day and 60 degree days the next.
Our big news here at SBH Real Estate is our new partnership with Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty. We are very excited about this collaboration which will bring the highest level of marketing and promotion to our clients that we represent in selling their homes.
Sotheby’s has a long tradition of selling luxury waterfront homes through their worldwide network of associates. This will allow us to market Sandbridge Beach to those associates and most importantly their clients. The other aspect that attracted me to this organization is their commitment to providing the highest level of customer service to their clients. One of the ways they achieve this is by using the most current technology available to market their homes on a worldwide platform. This is an exciting time for SBH Real Estate and we look forward to our association with Sotheby’s for many to years to come.
On the local real estate front we currently have 2 pending and 4 sold condos for past 30 day period and 1 pending and 3 sold single family homes. Shortly after the New Year I have seen a steady increase in property inquires. Of note, we have not experienced the additional properties for sale to come on the market. I do believe that will begin to happen within the next 30 days. Our office is working on bringing some great properties to the market soon.
