It’s amazing to me that we are already halfway through the year and well into the summer… time flies. I hope you all have been enjoying the summer so far and have fun plans for our Nation’s Independence Day!

The real estate market continues the trend of low inventory and slightly longer market times. There are specific properties that go faster than others due to location and the home. Two that are on this month’s reports are 2416 Sandfiddler (sold for $2,600,000) and 2217 Sandfiddler (pending sale). The first is oceanfront on the north end with the home being built by a well-known architect, Louis Rightmier, and 2217 is almost 3⁄4 acre on the north end. Another north-end property just came on the market at 2472 Sandfiddler, listed for $2,600,000. These properties certainly show the interest and demand for properties located north of downtown Sandbridge.
