Summer is still hanging on!
As I write this newsletter, it’s sunny with off shore winds and some waves courtesy of José out in the Atlantic – a perfect Sandbridge Life day! Last Saturday’s Pig Pickin’ went great with almost 2,000 tickets sold. Another one is in the books with proceeds benefiting the Sandbridge Volunteer Rescue Squad. It’s hard to believe this event started 38 years ago with a keg of beer and some pork on the grill.
Lots of real estate activity since my last newsletter. Of note, is the sale at 2476 Sandfiddler Rd., closed at $2,850,000 which represents the highest sale at the beach.
From August 1 – September 15th we have the following:
- Single Family Homes – 11 Sold and 6 Pending Sales
- Condos – 2 Sold
We have a busy weekend scheduled here. Saturday the Sandbridge Hei Heipaddleboard race held at the Baja and on Sunday is the Baja Surf Classic held at Little Island Park. SBH Real Estate is a proud sponsor of both of these community events.
