With the weather forecast not looking so favorable, officials with the City of Virginia Beach have postponed the Sandbridge Beach 4th of July events until Saturday, July 5. The Boat Parade participants will begin lining up in Osprey Bay (waterway off Teal Crescent) and meander through the Mill Pond as well as the canals on Blue Bill & Wood Duck. The Boat Parade ends back up in the Mill Pond where boaters will need to anchor prior to the fireworks display beginning at 9:10 pm.
Questions about the Boat Parade can be directed to Fred Green (Phone: 757-288-0372) or Cindy Graf (Phone: 757-573-5272).
Please direct questions about the Fireworks to Bill Price (Phone: 757-426-2993).
