There will soon be a new development (Mirasol) located near the neighborhoods of Lago Mar & Red Mill. Kirbor Homes will be building on 34 of the 80 lots available with home prices ranging from $417,90 – $440,000. The other lots will be built by Kroll Enterprises.
Homes are expected to be ready for move-in by late summer.

Interior lots are estimated to be between 7,500-12,000 square feet with a minimum 40 foot backyard. Kirbor will offer 5 floor plans: The Burrus, The Monticello, The Davidson and The Charleston. Sizes range from 2,554 to 2.907 square feet. View the Charleston and Monticello floor plans on the Kirbor Homes website. Burrus and Davidson model information will be available soon. A Monticello model is available for viewing in the community of Ashville Park (contact Pat for more information).
