We are off to a strong start to 2015 in terms of real estate sales in Sandbridge. We are just in the second week of February and there are 10 single family homes and 4 condos “under contract”. This represents a significant increase over last year at this time, however, last year we dealt with much more inclement weather that seemed to hit every weekend for the month of February.
