Hard to believe we are already half way through the month, time really flies. Memorial Day is right around the corner, and it seems the warm weather is here to stay for awhile. Sandbridgers young and old got together this past Sunday for our annual Spring Clean Up, with over 80 volunteers it was a huge success with a great barbecue afterwards provided by The Boardwok, and the venue supplied by The Baja Restaurant. It was great to see everyone lending a hand to make Sandbridge Beach shine! My brother, James and Kevin Wong, event organizers, did a wonderful job.
This past month the real estate market has produced 4 single family homes that are pending sale (pending means that all contingencies have been removed and is going forward to closing) and 2 sold properties. It was with great pleasure that I represented the seller of 2421 Sandfiddler and the buyers for 2904 Wood Duck. I have visited with the buyers of the Wood Duck house and they are very pleased with the property and love being Sandbridge Beach homeowners. During the same period there are 4 condos pending sale.
