I had the pleasure of representing two new homeowners to Sandbridge Beach within the last week. First, Brian and Olivia who live in New York, just purchased Miramar, a semi-oceanfront home at the north end. Brian is orginally from Virginia Beach and has family here. They will be using it as a vacation rental and reserving summer weeks for family vacations. They are very excited to become members of the community. Second, Julie a long time resident of Sandbridge just purchased a unit at Sandbridge Station. We spent time looking outside of Sandbridge but kept coming back to the beach. The sellers of this unit have stayed in Sandbridge as well, by moving into a unit at The Sanctuary. It is certainly the highlight of my job by assisting clients purchase property that will provide so many good memories!!!
