There have been a few new properties come onto the market that I feel could present an opportunity for someone looking to invest in Sandbridge Beach. The first are two oceanfront lots listed by an estate on the south end of the beach. They are each listed for $750,000. The lots are approximately 80 ft wide and are bulkheaded. The other property is a 4th row Sandpiper property listed for $474,000. It is a 2490 sq ft house on the canal going out to Back Bay.
