The sun is out!!! We had our first official Nor’easter of the season last week and it seemed to hang on forever. Sandbridge dealt with strong winds, rain and grey skies. But, the sun has returned and the ocean is calm. The good news is our beach held up well with little erosion.
SBH Real Estate and Revolution 6 Media have partnered up to give clients that are selling property a unique way to market. They are using a remote controlled helicopter with an HD camera to capture video and still photography that really gives a remarkable view of the property. They are collaborating with our photographer, George Everett, and combining his virtual tour with the aerial footage. See link from our most recent listing, Relaxation Station, to see their results.
On the real estate front, we currently have 5 houses sold and 2 pending for the period. See link for detail here. During the same time we have 2 condos pending and 2 sold. There are currently 34 condos and 64 homes for sale in Sandbridge. This inventory continues to be about the average we have carried for most of 2013.
Finally, I am happy to announce we have our webcam back up and running. During the nor’easter the power supply for the camera went bad, after a quick deliver by Fed-Ex we are “live” again.
